In our minds, environmental activities in companies should result in business opportunities. Opportunities based on lower costs, increased value for end customer or both. All starts with the product, if no product there is no production, no distribution etc. We think in product systems, covering the products whole chain from craddle to grave.
We believe in technique and the willingness to improve. We have to think in new terms, old problems might better be solved by new solutions, new technique. Its our belief that all companies basically want take their environmental responsibility, in a profitability perspective. If not, we cosider that just based on lack of knowledge.
Environment is here and now, not something you see at TV or read of in magazines, we are all part of it. The Environment surrounding us, is in some perspective tolerant, but there are limits, and when we exceed them there will be tracks left. Tracks that the Nature will adapt to, but will change our surrounding world and our own living conditions, in some cases change our quality of life.
Environment could be complicated, but could also be simple, its normally easier when going step by step and by systematic approach.
Successful companies do not wait for being in the middle of the environmental debate, they act proactively and preventive, getting a good image.
